Primary bedroom: 1 king bed, private full bath, 43" smart tv & closet Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed, 50" smart tv, closet Bedroom 3: 1 full bed, twin bunk beds, 43" smart tv, closet *NEW AS OF SUMMER ‘24* FINISHED BASEMENT- features a full living/family room with a 65” Smart TV and Bose Speaker system. There is a pull out futon in this space. The media room features a 2 seater couch, chair, PELOTON, ARCADE 1 GAMES, and an older TV that works best for retro gaming systems (Super Nintendo w/a bunch of great games included!!)

2 dogs max please. No cats, we are allergic! If you book your stay and bring your dog(s) we expect you to pick up all their poo (it gets alittle stinky in the hot summer sun, so by picking it up each day it reduces the smell.) We are not responsible if your dogs escapes from our yard or house. All doors to the gates lock and the front door locks itself. Please supervise your dog(s) at all times inside and outside. Our home is well equipped for dogs, but this isn’t your dogs normal home. They are going to sniff around inside and outside and may get into things. Please keep in mind things can grow outside very quickly ( weeds and mushrooms ) while we have a professional landscaper and weed treater but they don’t come as frequently in the colder months. Check the yard before you allow your dog(s) to play. Please crate your dog while away from the home. We are not responsible for what your dog gets into whether it’s inside or outside. Feel free to use the Polaroid to take a snap shot of your dog(s) enjoying their vacation and put it in our scrap book with the name and when they stayed! 😎

Towels and linens included. Kitchen is stocked with pans, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, mixing bowl, blender etc. All beds are Sleepy memory foam. From experience we find them very comfortable and we consistently get great comments about them. Several guests have went home and purchased one after staying with us! Fireplace is a decoration only* If you’re bringing your dog(s) [2 max] - we have many great amenities for your fur babies as well! Such as toys, treats, balls, an outdoor dog bed, raised food/water bowl, waste bags, a folding baby gate, and a cool down mat. All you would really need to bring is you dog’s bed/crate and food! We have a dog guest/scrap book and Bluetooth Kodak Polaroid camera! We ask that you please snap a photo of them living their best life and put it in our scrap book with your dogs vaca activity!✨🐶 We don't breed decimated, we just ask you look after and take care of your pet. Accidents happen, and if they do we ask you just let us know! New Finished Basement - features a full family room and media room! This spaces allows for multi generational families to come and stay here comfortably!
